It's senior year, and you are ready to start filling out your applications...right?  Well, if not, make sure you check out the deadlines for all the schools you are looking at.  You should be filling out these applications right away in semester 1 because the earliest deadline you might have is November 1st!

College Application Deadlines and Open House Dates - updated for 18-19 school year (update for 19-20 coming soon)

Transcript Request Form - Use this form to request a transcript sent to colleges you apply to and/or scholarships.

Brag Sheet - fill this out and it will help you complete portions of your online, college applications.

Florida Private School Matrix - this matrix provides GPA and test score averages for some private schools in the state of Florida.

Bright Futures Scholarship - this application opens on Oct. 1. 2019.  Click here for a helpful document that will walk you step-by-step through this free application.  You have between now and graduation to try and qualify for this scholarship through your GPA, ACT and SAT scores, and your community service hours.  SAT and ACT can be taken through June to qualify for the scholarship.  Every senior should apply.  The application takes about 10 minutes to complete.  Here is a link to a guide that provides information on all things Bright Futures.

FAFSA - click here for a helpful document that will walk you step-by-step through the Free Application for Federal Student Aid.  This application opens on Oct. 1, 2019.  It provides you with loans, and potentially grants which is money you don't have to pay back, to help pay for college. Every senior should fill out the FAFSA, even if you are unsure of your plans.
